Francis C is our Rep and he is awesome! I called him kind of last minute and I was thinking I would not be able to get anything for our upcoming event for our grand opening. He worked all weekend trying to find out if the items I chose would work out for us, Then after he found the items that would work for us, he helped me place the order. To my surprise, everything arrived yesterday, which was in plenty of time! I recommend PromoDirect and Frances, we’ve been using them for years!

Great Service, Great Product
As a marketing professional with a small team (just me) and a lot to accomplish, PromoDirect truly delivered for me and my company when I was in a jam and needed trade show materials quickly. Not only were the products excellent, but their account manager called me up to make certain that the company had everything they needed to get the job done. Prompt Replacement!
We've had good experiences working with PromoDirect. We have ordered booth supplies like pens and hand sanitizers. Last fall we ordered three retractable banners. When one got damaged in some strong winds at an outdoor fair, I contacted our sales rep Clayton to see if we could purchase a replacement pole. Instead of a pole, they replace the whole banner for us free of charge even though we were outside the 30-day return/replacement window. We are a small non-profit, so being able to quickly solve the issue with little to no cost whatsoever was such a blessing! Thank you.

Amazing Service - Quick Products
Francis is always amazing and helps us with all of our business needs. The pen we used to order was no longer being sold, and we needed an order ASAP but wanted something similar.
