Excellent courier company with exceptional employees and superior customer service. Second time of using Proovia Couriers within a month. Both occasions, job quickly booked with great communication throughout, and with exceptionally speedy, smooth, efficient and friendly delivery team. Heavy awkward items were happily carried up two sets of stairs without having to ask. Can't thank both couriers enough as nothing was too much trouble for them and will definitely be first port of call when needed again. Very highly recommended indeed. Thank you very much. 10 /10 ✔️

We've used Proovia's courier services for over 4 years now as part of our nationwide delivery service for our business - Castle Beds - we can rely on their communication and fast service. Any issues are dealt with promptly and we rarely have any to begin with. Today I had a collection of two mattresses handled by two very professional and attentive drivers, shout out to Costel Rotaru and his great customer service skills! Thank you Costel and thank you Proovia.

We had an antique Victorian dining table delivered from the south of England to the north of Scotland. Delivery was quick and the comms from the courier company were excellent, keeping us up to date on the delivery date/time. The table arrived in perfect condition and was carried straight in to our kitchen. Can't fault any part of their service.

Thanks to the guys for courteous service. Delivery was as advised within the 3 hour time slot given and as shown on the tracking. There was an email during the day suggesting the item might be late but was very quickly resolved and proved not to be the case.

Just had a delivery of a big cabinet. Geo was very professional in his manner and respectful. It was very heavy item - yet he was more than happy to place it exactly where i wanted it. Brilliant service. I would definitely use Proovi again and ask for Geo. Also to add...communication prior to delivery was brillant and they came within the time slot.

Furniture arrived when they said it would, undamaged. The two delivery lads were top blokes, worked like dogs to get a very bulky sofa in place. Highly recommended.

Proovia delivered my new, expensive made-to-measure garden gate. It arrived covered in dirty marks and a couple of dents where ratchet straps had been fastened too tightly around it without anything to cover or protect the wood. I had to spend at least an hour cleaning and carefully sanding the wood before I could treat it. On a positive, the communication before the delivery and the tracking app were both excellent and the couriers arrived promptly.

I was kept fully informed about when my delivery would take place within a 3 hour timeslot. I was contacted a few minutes before the arrival of my item.
The delivery men were excellent - careful of my property and professional in their approach. I can highly recommend them.

The two young delivery men were polite and courteous. Willing to move the item in the area I preferred rather than just deliver it inside the home.

Unfortunately the sofa was damaged during delivery.
The courier was very apologetic. Hopefully I can claim on the insurance I purchased.
The gentlemen found the furniture very heavy and struggled to get the sofa into the house. I would expect furniture delivery services able to move a fairly standard piece of furniture more easily!
