I ordered three 4K movies, which were marked as delivered but never arrived. Despite checking with USPS, who confirmed the delivery, I reached out to Shout! customer service twice and received no response. Now I'm out three movies and over $60. It's extremely frustrating that the company can't even take the time to respond to my emails.

Took advantage of their 50% off sale in May 2024. Shipping was slightly delayed due to the amount of orders they (obviously) received. They took the time to announce that shipping would be slightly delayed. Most companies can't even bother to tell the consumer anything. I will continue to support Shout! as long as they continue to put out premium products and premium service. In this age of digital everything, we must remember that physical is still KING.

Killer Klowns from outer space is awesome, artwork, steel book, posters, and the option to buy some of the items instead of 1 package with everything. Not too big a fan of smashed corners on slip cover and steel book that doesn't want to close properly though.

My order arrived in great condition. That’s one of my biggest fears since the days of walking into a brick and mortar store are gone. I can’t physically inspect my movies before I buy them. So I have to have faith that online companies will care about their consumers and keep the love of collecting physical media alive. Thank you for your commitment!

Took extra time to receive package but understandable due to the high demand in sales during the 50% event. The items came well packaged and am added poster that I wasn't expecting.

Received promptly in perfect shape. I do wish that Shout, when putting out 3D-released films (Coraline, Addams Family) would include the 3D option on discs.

I loved the sale, obviously. 🤓 It took a while for my order to get put together, but I was ok with that as long as it happened, and it did weeks later. I know Shout says this isn't on them, but the tracking sucked. I here nothing from Shout nothing. I'm checking the tracking nothing. Then boom my package 📦 is on the ground just barely inside my four foot fence. I'm so happy I was home. The package 📦 would no doubt have been stolen. It's happened before ‼️🤬 Shout you can send people an independent email, text saying we've given your package 📦 to the post office here is the tracking number. Something should change and until it does I can't give a perfect score as it wasn't a perfect experience.

The extras and quality of the presentation is always excellent. Shout may want to bone up on warehouse staff though; my order took a bit to process but once it was shipped it came to my doorstep pretty fast.

Orders we're easy to make came on time And posters we're shipped in hard tubing And not cheap triangle cardboard which is excellent.

Shout Factory had a great sale on a large number of 4K UHD titles. The site was easy to navigate, shipping time was reasonable, and the discs were well-packaged to protect them from damage. All in all an easy and smooth purchase.

The issue is that if, like me, you often watch Blu-Rays on your computer rather than a player? Not everything plays right. In this case it was Hammer Films' THE WITCHES, a late-in-life Joan Fontaine movie that it as Colonialist as you can imagine, with African curses brought to Rainy Old England! I don't know how the movie is because I couldn't watch it—I'm waiting to go to a friend's house to see it on her Blu-Ray player and UHD TV.

As for the 4K LIFEFORCE and BROTHERHOOD OF THE WOLF? Those played just fine! Only objection is that the 4K LIFEFORCE is the Theatrical Release, not the superior Director's Cut.

Well I wished they let me know someone cancelled an ordered. I'm glad I refreshed everyday and found one last order and got it right away!! I got the last one and was worth it!! Because I was sad that it sold out. Glad that one person cancelled lol. Other than that I'm happy with my Killer Klowns From Outer Space 4K steelcase collectors edition!

My shopping experience with Shout Factory! has been one of great satisfaction. I follow their releases and sales very closely. Their 4K restorations and Blu Rays are second to none. There special features are always a bonus treat. I appreciate the effort they make in making sure their products are shipped in very well packaged boxes and wrapping. It goes a long way. Even with delays, they reach out via email explaining the delays and appreciation for our patronage. I will continue supporting such a company as Shout Factory!. Keep up the good work.
