Fast shipping and a great figure.
I think my only gripe would be that I wish the chest light actually lit up, but it’s a great figure nonetheless and it’s one of my favorites in my collection

The statue was packaged fantastically! I was pretty concerned with this piece when I first pre-ordered it. Due to Penguin’s pointy umbrella and top hat. I was afraid that the statue would break during shipment, but this never happened. When I opened the box. The statue was wrapped in protective tap with styrofoam covering not only his umbrella and top hat, but also his arms and legs (which were also somewhat pointy and fairly easy to break). Overall, I am really happy that it came in such a protected condition. And as for the statue itself, it’s so creepy and cool. The little details are amazing. The size of the piece is great. It fits perfectly on my shelf, next time to my other Batman villains. I absolutely love this piece, thanks Sideshow!

I really am enjoying my Hulk pure silver coin. I love the Hulk issue #1 and seeing it on a coin is just loads of awesome. I love that I was able to order it and get it the very next day! That was cool! All around great job guys! Looking forward to ordering other items.

Like it's cool. You guys sell cool things. But If buy some for a lot and money and it's for a birthday present and you get the product after 5 week buying something and when you ask customer service question about why it said with would "ship today" for 5 weeks I get a sarcastic response. your customer service at a luxury store (yes I consider this a luxury) what the hell is wrong with you? Like again you guys sell cool thing but it's not worth it. You don't want my money. Or is it that I did not spend enough to be respected. When there so many other places. Very disappointed in the experience. I will not buy from here again. Good luck

I was expecting a good product as advertised, but I didn't expect it to be that great. It really smells and feels like a toy made with a lot of time and love.

For the most part I love Sideshow. However was super disappointed in the new Boba Fett with Han in Carbonite premium format. Ordered through one of your suppliers here. Brand new piece with so many flaws. Had to destroy and cannot find another one anywhere. Hopefully quality control improves and there are replacements or parts on future pieces.

I really loved both of my purchases! However, the only thing I didn't love is that the lights for the Iron Man Illusion helmet aren't working so it's hard for me to tell if it's because of faulty batteries or a problem with the Hot Toy itself.

The package arrive OK, when I unpack it a boot was loose The joint balls of the hand are to weak, to loose, practically felt down by itself. I have another 5 Hot Toys and none got this type of weakness on the joints

Sideshow products don't fail to delight, and people who have gotten Hot Toys 1/6th scale figures before know their quality.
Lord Vader arrived double boxed, per request, which I'm glad for because the outside box was a little beat up. Inside however the box was in great shape, and of course the figure himself is great.
He's well worth the price and wait.
