My experience was okay. Was able to maneuver the website easily. Unfortunately, after receiving my email to accept tickets, the tickets were the wrong ones. When trying to exchange for the right ones I hit a stone wall. No refund, nothing. I turned it over to the bank.

it was kind of confusing if i was buying resale or not and why there were 2 GA sections and a whole bunch of different prices. also the "WAIT WAIT WAIT" messages if you even move your mouse too far near the edge are obnoxious and annoying.

Had tickets when other sites didn't, smooth process. You do pay the extra price, but so happy to have these tickets.

Checkout was efficient and quick. I also appreciate that the service charge is transparently included in the prices shown and not added afterward. My reason for not giving five stars is that the system is not showing me the seats but only the row. So I don't know whether I'm near the center or all the way to the side of the dress circle.

Relatively easy in placing order and navigating website. The only negative is related to the fees charged per ticket, think it is excessive, especially to charge a high fee for each ticket. I would probably still carp about being charged a single fee for the purchase, but to get charged 5 times, leave a sour impression. I'm being charged for my procrastination, probably could have purchased these tickets a month ago, for less than $100.00 each. I'm betting you're making additional profit on the ticket sales and the fees are nothing more than additional profit, (I understand the fees are charged anytime, but still offensive to me) I'm taking 3 special needs adults to the race track & am sure they will have a good, so I am thankful that was able to find tickets, so thank you for that.

Don't use this site. It is zone seating so you the seats you get may be completely different from what you thought you were getting and pricing is way to expensive!
