I've been with Toluna since they took over Greenfield, so probably 20 or more years! I love the 15 point polls, the daily spin for possible extra points, and the awarded points when I spend time on a survey that ends or I don't qualify for. Needless to say I enjoy taking surveys and earning points to redeem for cash or gift certificates! I do wish the few lingering problems with the site would get resolved, like number of surveys/points available. I I wish we could get paypal or Amazon codes the same like like a couple of other panels I belong to, rather than waiting days (or sometimes weeks) for an email to come.

I'm happy that there are available surveys for my qualification, esp. that I am already a senior. Toluna is fair & gives chances to each member to participate & earn. The payout process is real & is easy to redeem. Moreover the surveys are far interesting, informative & easy to answer. I typically enjoy answering the surveys. I hope there will be more to come for the amount I earn is a big help for my personal needs.

The directions for completion of the surveys were easy to understand. The questions were clear, & the choices for answers were relevant. I always learn something new when I take a survey, which makes it interesting. I’m always amazed about the number of companies & products that I have never heard of or forgotten about. Points for taking the surveys were promptly added to my account, & I was informed of the total points I have accumulated & how many more I would require before I could redeem them. Directions for redemption of points were clear & a various reward choices were outlined. Overall a positive experience.

Just thought sounded ok when I red it all. I've never done anything like this before, and my kids are all out of home, it gives me a chance to see what I like about things, but I haven't received a gift or anything as yet, just signed up, so it all new to me and it out of my comfort zone. So here we go people sit back and enjoy 🙂

I will give Toluna a 5-star rating because this platform is amazing, rewarding, and challenging. The surveys keep on coming right into your inbox as well as in their apps too so you don't have to worry about it if you do your survey once twice or thrice as long as there are surveys on the lists you can still have a chance to work on for the succeeding surveys. So let's bring it on.

Toluna always sends surveys that you spend 10 - 15 minutes answering about a new product's packaging and at the very end of answering all of the product manufacturers questions it stats that you are not a candidate to take the survey. Sometimes at the end it will state that OOPS, something went wrong. You never get your points. It's a HUGE SCAM!

I love taking the surveys, and sharing my experiences and opinions, but I spend so many hours each week helping Toluna with no way to spend my points. Almost every digital gift card is “Out of Stock” 90% of the time. I mean, how can DIGITAL gift cards be out of stock? They’re digital! Anyway, if the rewards would continuously be available, this would be a perfect survey experience from top to bottom.

Toluna.com for me has been a good experience. I signed up to the platform less than a week ago and my experience so far has been great.
They have a good customer service team which response to enquiry and complaints very fast and their surveys has less screening out like most other platforms and there always surveys available.
I have already recommended the platform to some friends and families even though I have not reached the threshold to cash out as am sure they will.

The website is friendly and clear, they show you your points what are the are the rewards, the surveys fit for you depending of your profile, it’s really easy make a survey at least one survey per day.
A constructive advice, late in the night the web side don’t have surveys available and it’s really difficult navigate trough the web side maybe you can check what is happening on that moment.
I am really comfortable and happy with the website.

This survey company always provides ample surveys to complete. They issue points on surveys that you start, but end up not qualifying for. They are fair in their assessment of your answers. They appreciate each and every survey taker.

Every time I do a survey it always says something went wrong and kicks me out and I don't recieve any points for it or it says we are looking for something else. I jave made more money doing ro silly little google rewards than I have through this.

I was kicked out of many surveys before being chosen for one but in the process I was asked many questions and did not earn any points. I think some points should be awarded for going thru the entry process.
