After searching for just the perfect item to stay within a
budget and meet the guidelines for a formal tablescape Zazzle kept popping up.
The broad spectrum of items to choose from turned what started out as a task to an enjoyable experience. Once delivered in a very timely manner, the products met my expectations.
Going forward Zazzle will be the first choice for any occasion.

I loved that the program was so easy to use, we were able to create separate badges for several employees. I would suggest when editing something from the cart being able to update the item in the cart instead of having to add new items and delete the old ones. But that has no bearing on the 5-star review as we were so happy with our badges when we received them even earlier than expected! Thanks again!

At the last minute, I wanted to have small "funeral" cards at my parents memorial. Zazzle's site made it very easy to design something. It was intuitive and offered the right amount of customization without being overly complicated. I paid for expedited shipping but probably didn't need to; shipping was fast. Quality was nice as well.

I used the design tools to completely re-design some things for my Mother's funeral. The photo boards and prayer cards looked great. I opted for the curved corners and paper upgrades on the cards, and they looked and felt amazing. Printing looked good, colors were correct and they shipped quicker than they estimated.

I ordered comp cards and I had high expectations since they were to be used professionally. What I received exceeded expectations. Professional comp cards that were easy to design with the chosen template with my headshot on the front and 4 images on the back. Clear images and text as well. The process was easy and saved me money! I highly recommend!

Beth J was a breath of fresh air. She was so gracious and accommodating. I was really stressed out when I got her through Chat and I felt so relieved and ecstatic when I was done. She helped me complete the design which was rather confusing on 2 of the 3 products I was trying to order. Because I was nervous about doing the order, she put it together, confirmed with me, got the ship to and bill to address and information which was different and got my order placed. I got the confirmation and sent the approval letter from Mattel to her to add to the order and off we go! This is the second time I have worked with Zazzle on custom products and I have nothing but high marks for them. Seamus and Cameron, thank you also.

Absolutely no customer service! Ordered prayer cards for my sister’s funeral, paid for expedited delivery just to be on the safe side.
They didn’t arrive as they confirmed they would. Which really is upsetting and unacceptable! I am so sorry I chose Zazzle. When I attempted to contact them, there was no one to speak to. Just an automated message system. Also email wasn’t helpful.
I would never depend on this company and wouldn’t recommend them!
Horrible, awful company who ruined ability for us to provide family and friends with the memory prayer cards.

I worked with Zoe on customizing one of her designs for my baby shower. I had no idea you could ask the designer to make changes - game changer!! She was so easy to work with and did exactly what I had envisioned. i've used other invite sites, but only certain things are customizable - i love zazzle for this reason!! you can change pretty much anything and being able to discuss with the designer was even better! zoe went above and beyond to change the colors for me a few times, then create inserts for the invites. i appreciate her so much for doing that - she made this part of planning the easiest part!!

My customized order was messed up twice. Got a partial refund, a credit, to reorder the item, which I needed for a birthday party. However, was not refunded the full price (appears I was not refunded for shipping).
I sucked it up and ordered the customized item a second time and the order was again messed up. Asked for a full refund to my credit card and again was only given a partial refund. I paid for shipping twice, only to receive a junk product both times. You are not a reputable company.
