Great selection of frames. Ordering and receiving them was a very seamless and easy process. I received mine in 1 week despite there being a Federal Holiday yesterday! Will definitely be ordering more pairs of glasses soon! So excited for this cost efficient site after always spending about $400 to $600 on 1 pair of glasses at the eye dr!

Service with this company has been exemplary; timing, communication, pricing have all been great. However, perhaps due to my own choices, the glasses I received do not work. I'll have to return them for an adjustment to the lenses but have no doubt that they will make it right.

The frames are really nice but my lenses are very poor quality. I ordered progressive lenses and copied the exact prescription I just purchased 6-7 months ago and these are not the same. I am nearsighted and taking glasses on/off whenever reading or working on my computer was becoming annoying so I tried progressives and it worked fine so I decided to order some from ZEELOOL. I cannot see the progress from near to far, both are blurry and the space looks too narrow(I ordered the wider kind of lenses so the surface with the prescription is bigger.)

I love my glasses! I made a mistake with my prescription and the company sent me a replacement at no extra charge. They even offered me a free accessory. They were great but I wasn't paying attention enough to make sure they weren't sunglasses. I just need classes that were progressives lens which I thought I picked but sadly no. Other than that the shipping was great came ahead of time and the package was delivered safely.

Extremely fast delivery within days of ordering ( from China!!!). And the prescription was spot on. The frames are cheap and obviously 3D printed but that is a compliment. Frames are nothing compared to the cost of the lenses. I would only recommend a disclaimer about the printed versus molded, but again the frame costs are pretty much irrelevant. Will buy again.

The customer service and turn around was superb. My Daddy is 88 and needed progressive glasses, I sent over his prescription, his glasses arrived today, he put them on and WOW, he smiled so big his bright smile let me know Zeelool Blessed his life with the perfect glasses. My Daddy looks so handsome and now his "seeing eyes" can finally see!!!

Well, so far terrible! I uploaded a image of my prescription from my eye doctor like the website said to do, and they sent me a pair of glasses with no prescription in them. I'm waiting for a resolution. I will update if they have good customer service and correct the problem

This was so easy compared to the issues i have had in the past trying to get glasses made… they fit just right.. I can see everything far and near…. They did my prescription, readers, transitions and progressives and it was under $150 bucks… i have never gotten glasses for this price and they are perfect… Thank you!!!
