Not a pleasant experience

My heavens! I have just spent quite a time with this company to try and sort out publishing my book. The cost was quite a bit and I felt too much so they then came up with a much reduced cost BUT would not allow me to go away and think about it - the hard sell technique was applied to a ridiculous extent. They even said that I could not be serious about publishing and accused me of wasting their time!!!

Not very meet and greet

Not very meet and greet! I was asked to phone them once I got my cases and then was told it would be 30 -40 minutes for my car - it only took me 5 minutes tops to get to their location point!!! The plus side is that EVERY member of staff was helpful I think there are just not enough of them!!! Not sure I would use them again because when I get off a long haul I don't want to hang around - parking at the hotel and then getting the hoppa would be just as quick.

Absolutely excellent…

Absolutely excellent exhibition/experience. The Introductory panels about Van Gogh were pitched just right and had the right amount of interesting information giving a good background for the "experience". Which was trippy....... very cleverly done without repetition. Wonderful. I also loved the VR headsets at the end as I held on to my seat at the beginning to stop falling off! However in the shop I was searching in vain for a book of Van Gogh quotes!!! I loved it. It took us 2 hours to do. well done.
