I always appreciate the fact that Wix offers human support. Not just ordinary support but great fantastic super support from all of them just like like Chrissy today. Patient friendly helpful. These guys walk on water! I have used Wix for years and the editor is the best!

THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL AUTHORS: THE WORST MISTAKE YOU CAN EVER MAKE IS TO SIGN AN AUTHORHOUSE CONTRACT. YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE MY WORD. ASK THEM TO SEND YOU A CONTRACT AND READ IT CAREFULLY, ESPECIALLY 6.1 AND 6.2. YOU WILL BE SHOCKED THAT SUCH AN EVIL CONTRACT CAN EXIST IN THE SO-CALLED CIVILIZED WORLD. I'M GRATEFUL THAT I FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH BEFORE I SUBMITTED MY MANUSCRIPT.

The reason i give you a 4 and not a 5 is that I was irritated by the fact that I had to contact the courier company - i didnt do it because I know all they want is my details so that they can sell them - they delivered on time in spite of teh fact that I did not fill in the form - that action would not have enhanced the servoce at all but they wold have one more person's details to sell - dit vind ik niet prettig - i know everyone is doing it but I still dont like it
