It was extremely user unfriendly for me to get my game. Took MANY steps, then I was told to “go to my library”, which appears nowhere on the site. Support is limited to FAQ’s. Finally got my game, and it’s great, but why does this have to be so difficult???

Hi- I see you purchased a Steam key for use on your Steam account. If this is the first time you've dealt with a Steam key then yes, you will find process has a few more steps. But now you're setup with the Steam client you can simply activate a new game and you will have everything set to go.
Sorry if you didn't find our helpdesk - we have FAQ's but they're backed up with a team of customer service staff that are armed to help you.

Amica is great insurance with great customer service. They really listen to what you actually need. We also have the plan that pays dividends - whoever heard of something like this? Had a really terrible with another big name insurance carrier that we had for years. I highly recommend this company!

Another fabulous photo book from Shutterfly!
I love saving my photos with Shutterfly! I upload my photos and then create a book. They are constantly creating new books themes and new options so you never get bored. You can even do it from your iPad, except you can't go back and forth between 2 different kinds of devices. That's the only disadvantage to that. But when you make the book on your device, it comes to you looking exactly like that. Shutterfly's customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend Shutterfly.
