… Not fulfilling obligations

There was many promises that never fulfilled. There was an aggressive attempts to ask for more money to ask for more money and more again for the marketing.
An example, which upset me most was not having any support discussion, suggestions or anything else from graphic designers in relation to my front cover. At the end 90% of the job I did myself and surprise surprise it looks awful when I ask them for amendment they ask for more money my opinion that that is alpha and omega of this business just to get money out of gullible Older, people

Excellent service

Excellent service
At first attempt to deliver I wasn't home. But I saw mobile number and called back. The guy was very understanding and promised delivery next day. That was done, delivered and what was great that I di not hear the buzz to my door. So, he didn't just leave. He called me and waited by the door.
Excellent service. Thank you!

This site doesn't deliver

so far, not happy about this site. Joined very recently, bought some credits. Nothing works properly. Help desk is a myth, no support options, no contacts.
Started conversation with a man (mind due, credit paid), can see the beginning of his reply, but that's all. cannot opens message, cannot see his profile.
This site is over the place. No order. Nowhere to ask for support. Lots of people in there but communication is so erratic, starts, then disappeared. Pity!
