They take advantage of new authors

They take advantage of new authors . Push you to a contract , then do not give a suitable service . Amazon published my book with the same price that author house offered me , but with very good marketing team , responsive project manager and very high respect and good quality services . I just wasted my money and time on the author house. AVOID THEM

This Company is a fraud company

This Company is a fraud company. They just get your money , give you a file with two paragraphs done and nothing else. They do not do the job, get the money , and just run away. They recently changed their name to Oxford dissertation pro but they are the same scam company. PLEASE do not buy their services. I can't believe how they are getting away from what they are doing for so long

Not good experience

Not good experience. We booked a semiprivate tour, but the two lady with us got the only coach on the back of the boat and we were sort of squeeze at the front with the tour guides and couldn’t have any nice photos or videos. The boat was small only suitable for two people

They are a scam company

They are a scam company . DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM. They take out money from your account without agreement and they claim that you became a member after the first purchase and they are allowed to take money from your account . THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE

Never buy anything from them

Never buy anything from them. Their return system is awful. I sent one parcel back to their UK address it was rejected and then they claim that I should send to an address in China which costed 15 pounds postage fee, and still I haven’t received any refund from them . paid twice for the postage and never received a refund. Just don’t bother to buy from them if you buy and something is wrong you will loose your money

Not a good purchase

Not a good purchase. Because they build the blinds according to your measurements they don't have any refund policy. So if you make a mistake or change your mind you would be stuck with a pricy blind. Do not buy the blinds. It is a nightmare
