Nice recovery

Well, to date, I was saddened by a comment made by a representative, but I sort of wrote it off.
We had a brief outage but it recovered almost immediately. I wasn't sure if that was a switch over or something but I was able to resume almost seamlessly.
That was important to me.
Thanks for the opportunity in allowing me to express this concern.
