When I politely explained that I couldn't afford to pay for their publishing deal (And that theirs was the most expensive I'd gotten) he told me I'd never get published and hung up on me. Then I called another employee and told them what happened, she just tried to get me to do a deal with them too. Their customer service man I got through to was seemingly so fed up of his job. I got told Id be contacted by their manager to make my complaint - I haven't. I've scorched their 'reputation' online and got a response saying they'll deal with his manager, but ultimately this entire company is one big scam. Do not do it!!!!

I ordered a long sleeved corset. They sent me a short sleeved one. Although the same price, it was obviously not what I wanted. I emailed them. They did get back to me very quickly and it did arrive quickly. However they said they found no issue with my order. I have receipts that I ordered the long sleeved version. Do not recommend.

it took a while to arrive since it is hand made but it was 100% worth it. even in this summer heat, I'm wearing the boots - I'm obsessed with them and love them. the quality is incredible and they fit me perfectly - thank you!
