I initially stated that I wanted my book to be a size of 8.5x11. During the process it was changed to 6x9. I didn’t know until I actually ordered a copy for myself. I immediately asked for it to be reformatted. I have worked with several people since. Most do not respond in a timely manner. I have to send four or five emails before I get a response. This has been going on since October 2023. It is currently mid December 2023 and I am still waiting to approve the reformatting of my book.

She answered all of my questions and concerns. My prescription was received by my pharmacist and ready for pick up in less than an hour.
