Unprofessional Customer Rep.

Today, I (as an author) tried to find out about my "Royalties". The customer rep's kept addressing me as Miss (not by my last name and that an email was sent out to all of the authors regarding no more paper royalty checks. When I tried to "Request" for another email be sent out to me, she started calling me "Miss" (again) and that this was actually done by the computer (🤦‍♀️). When I started to see that, I was not going to get anywhere with this customer rep, I had begun to request for a Supervisor, she would then go on as to telling me, that there was no supervisor that I could speak with at this time (is this really happening right now...I said to myself 🤦‍♀️). I think that I need to take my "Art" Work elsewhere.🤔✍️

A Professional Who Did Not Get What She Paid For.

Horrible Service. Usually I would receive "Excellent" Service, but this time, it was nothing that I would expect. This Subshare was a male this time & I had thought that he did a wonderful job (that is), until I had looked over all of me and my daughter's clothes, and this is what I had "Absorbed".

A.) The work was to fast so therefore, some the clothes were "Damp".🤨😡👎

B.) The clothes were sent off with 2 small packs of Tide/Pods(12 within each pack), but a lot of the clothes either had a "Smell" to them or no smell at all.🤨😡👎

C.) Although the clothes were folded up nice and neat, it simply seemed as it was a "Cover-Up".🤨😡👎

D.) I have tried reaching out to Customer Rep for Subshare, Ins. & as to resolving this issue (a full refund) (+) the cost for my tide/pods, but I've yet to hearing back from the Company.🤨😡👎
