AutoDS Order Specialist - Maridel S.

Maridel S. is an AutoDS Order Specialist. She was able to help me identify the correct tracking number for an item and give me supporting documentation to help with conveying the delay in shipping to my customer. This is what I am looking for when there are issues. Tell me what the problem is, show how to solve it, and then ask if I need any additional help. Maridel S. did all that and I appreciate her helping me figure this issue out with this particular order.

Bad AUTODS

I have written 2 five star review of AutoDS. But not this one. AutoDS says they respond to EVERY ticket with 24 hours. But in this instance, they have not. I have written at least 5 tickets all subscribed to the same message that Tracking Numbers were not getting loaded into my Orders records. Not having this done causes me severe delays on shipping, which eBay dings me for every time every one of them is late. Not one single ticket has been addressed or have they responded to any of the tickets at all. This has caused me to suspend operations of my business because I can't trust that AutoDS is uploading tracking numbers. More important, they HAVE NOT responded to ANY tickets.
