Worst company ever . Beware they’re a scam company , they ask for £5 to get an astrology chart , but when you pay the £5 they automatically take £45 from your bank . I’ve been trying to deal with this for the last month . It’s impossible to cancel your subscription, there’s a phone number that doesn’t work . I had to go through PayPal to try and cancel but even then they keep going . I sent them a few , very direct emails and they kept saying not to worry , my subscription had been discontinued - I sent them an apology for my emails and thought this was the end of it all but lo and behold they sent me another email saying that I’d to cancel my subscription or it would continue the next day , again impossible to cancel . I then went to my bank asking to block any payments , my bank said the only thing they could do was to wait and see if the subscription was taken and they would stop it , which I think meant the payment would come off before it would be refunded. Luckily I do not have enough money in my account to pay for it . I emailed them telling them I’d contacted my bank about them . AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

I have been reading with PS for the past 12 years. I have very specific feedback to give with respect to the predictions I was given by several of the psychics: 1. Crystal: Super sweet lady, however she told me 10 years ago that my husband didn't deserve me and a man I started to have in interest in would be the one. That man unfortunately dumped me the minute my divorce was finalized. 8 weeks years ago Crystal told me that a man I was starting to date would be the most amazing partner to me and that he would be the one. Well, after 8 years of committed relationshios, some problems started to arize and Crystal is now saying he's not the one and I there's someone else out there for me. I stopped listening to her and I'm happy with my bf of 8 yr. 2. Amy: she actually made up a completely untrue story which made me question someone's credibility. Very wrong in her prediction. 3. Vincent: told me my friend is not meant to have babies and would have a miscarriage. She's delivering her baby in 2 weeks and her pregnancy has been more than perfect. 4. Roxanne: has been telling me that someone is secretly in love me. Well, that person is on woman #2 whom he's having a baby with. Overall, I've been fed a bunch of fantasies which delute my reality and I end up spending tremendous amount of money to call back so I can listen to more exciting stories. I must say that Rachel seems to be a strong medium. Rachel and Carla seem true. Unfortunately Carla is not there anymore.

took my money. the pricing was unclear, the psychic was making the most random guesses with zero accuracy. tried to be patient with her so of course, they ran up my credit card. then charged my account $70 twice!! customer service is refusing the possibility of a refund!! offering me credit for another reading as if I want that!! avoid at all costs!!
