It's a very mixed bag, which I suppose is the point but some items are awesome while some feel like they are $3 the evatac stuff is always awesome but the tacright flashlight is cheap, bulky, and doesn't really seem bright enough to use is real world situations, the blood pressure monitor is interesting but seem way out of the way of everything else included. All around great box but I would have felt pretty disappointed if I'd paid 150 for it
