what is there to evaluate. the truck came. we unloaded and put item into people;s cars. i got my order i went home. we dont have say as to the day of delivery or what time they come. so we cooperate. every moth is different

We’ve loved everything we’ve gotten from the English Tea Store. Items ship quickly and have always been in great condition! Will happily continue to order!

I'll make it brief because I have to run my business. * Their deliver was 2 weeks late * The item we ordered was not the same as what was delivered. * Only positive is their return policy is decent, and their customer service person was very nice, and apologetic but unfortunately could not resolve the issues with their logistic. Very poor delivery service.

I started ordering a monthly box before Christmas and found our grandson loves your sourdough bread. Since then, we've found favorites in the cranberry/orange and blueberry biscuits, the macaroons, and the pecan/cranberry bread. As it is just my husband and I now, I'd like to see an option for a monthly box, but maybe just 3 or 4 items instead.

I've worked with Evee twice and both times have been a pleasure. She accommodated my 'custom' Mother's Day order, communication was great and the cupcakes looked and tasted great! I especially appreciated the option to individually pack each cupcake in a cute little box. Highly recommend!
