This is a very professional company that takes the time to make sure its customers are satisfied and help them in any way they can. They are very prompt to answer the calls, provide courteous followup and listen to the needs of the customers. I rarely write reviews online and the fact that I wanted to write a review for this organization was telling of their professionalism and the great experience they gave.

After many years of splendid performance in introducing us to many delightful wines, we moved to Idaho. Now, we are told that our favorites cannot be shipped here, and the limits are so strict on what can be shipped, we have moved on to other suppliers. I owned a retail wine shop in Bay area of CA for some years. Nat Geo club taught me as much as that experience did. When I wanted a new case of Pilastro Primativo, or Belle Roche Cab, ...not available to me in Idaho. Very sorry for the both of us. The wine club left us, not the reverse.

Delivery is a major problem. We are talking wine!!! You also cannot influence delivery and there is no one to talk to. Ordered wine, asked to delay 10 days as I was out of the country. No response. Wine was sent from California and taking a week to get delivered in 100 degree weather. Ordered ice packs but this is asking too much of them.
