There’s been a couple orders where my clothes got ruined and I wasn’t able to reach Customer Support and had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. In addition they’re attacking on new fees that aren’t disclosed to returning customers.

Ordered and paid for a generator and have not received status after 1 month. Apparently they do not exist. I did to a 'Tara' once and received email that the order was on the way.. over 3 weeks ago and nothing since. Sounds like a common experience so I am getting a credit card refund from my bank and they will handle this as fraudulent.
