This store is 100% scam. My friend and I had the same experience. They make returns impossible and scam the whole way with order process. The US phone number isnt answered and it says it cant take messages- because its fake and doesnt go anywhere. The items are very cheap and poorly made. They purposely put items on a pretend "sale" and then say you cannot return them due ot sale items, and items not on sale arrive with no size tag ( and you wouldn't know where it of it should be there) so when you try to return, they say you cant return because the sewn in size tag is missing- which the store cut our purposely so you cannot return it. They also try make you pay for shipping back to Asia if you do return which is costly. In addition, they wont refund untl items arrives and that will take a long time or they say iti doesnt arrive and you wont get your money back. Zapaka makes their money on selling cheaply made items they know you cannot return so its 100% profit with no issues.

Poor quality goods, material is not ggod, the shirt is much larger than ordered, stitching very poor, buttons cant go thru button holes on shirt. Shirt was late in coming. They refuse a refund unless I send the shirt to China at my expense. There emails come from Styles For You UK. Total frauds ..........

Beware fake dresses not as the picture. I had made to measure. Awful different colour, design . One big scam to get your money ruin my daughters prom . You get no where with a refund . Stay clear I’m out of pocket and trying to claim back from my credit card.
