I wait and wait for the renewal of my prescription. I was charged 2 separate fees, no one could explain why. I'm a travel tech and need to fill my prescription at a local pharmacy but because my main home base is in a different state, they said I'd need to fill it in my home state pharmacy and transfer to where I'm at. Utter nonsense. I use online doctor services for other things. Never an issue. I verified my identity. I still don't have the updated treatment plan anyway, so no prescription. It's been 5 days and getting the run around. Waste of my time and charges that don't make sense. I work in Healthcare by the way. Dermatopathology currently. I just need a new prescription and a way to fill it. Guess I'll file a dispute for the consultation charge ( hasn't happened) and the mysterious extra $20 charge. I'll take my very costly skin issue to someone who actually cares.

I couldn't login and got stuck in a login loop. Called for assistance. Couldn't resolve the issue. Submitted a ticket to IT. Issue still not resolved. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a response now.

I was prescribed augmentin for 7 days, however, that did not completely resolve my issue and I was expected to pay for a second visit to get it prescribed for longer. Antibiotic prescriptions for my condition typically run from 7 to 14 days, they intentionally prescribe the least amount to force subsequent visits.

I bought the expedited kit during a sale and was quite happy when the lab actually had finished sequencing after 7 weeks (advertised was 6-8 weeks). So much for the good. But I'm mostly interested in the raw data and the support promissed links to the FASTQ and BAM files twice over the last 3 weeks but did not provide anything so far. I'll update this review if they provide the links soon. Otherwise I guess I'll have to go for a chargeback on my credit card ... Edit: The day after I wrote this review I received the download links and could access my raw data. A nice surprise was that the coverage appears to be 50x instead of 30x. I think this is now worth five stars (from three). Thanks!
