Update: Rula responded to my last review asking to be in touch (not sure why they were pretending to not be in touch or like I hadn't reached out multiple times... but whatever, I digress... they have to send their obligatory response pretending like they care about your experience.) I followed up multiple times after my poor experience, but at this point I have been ghosted for a week with no response. So in sum, a platform that "promotes" mental health ghosted me. Do not do business with them!

My credit card has been blocked due to a 0.00 Euro request by Strong Marriage Now. The fraud department of my bank stated, that this is a typical try - often used by criminals - in order to empty a card. To Strong Marriage now: instead of answering here on this platform, you may write a text on your website and inform the people, that you guys are a victim of possible scam too. You are not managing this matter professionally. And by the way, one day before I tried to top up my LYCA phone card. I feel uncertain, if there might be connections between both companies. I’m going to let my bank investigate on that. Thanks for nothing

The website and app kept breaking it wouldn’t let me create an account on the website so I made one on the app than the app wouldn’t let me purchase it unless it was on the website where the login didn’t work.

Daniela was the first person who contacted me from my enquiry email. She was extremely helpful and always replied to my email very quickly. I was well looked after from when I first went into the clinic. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the treatment I received and the end results are amazing. The only complaint I have and it's a good complaint is, not having to wear glasses any more is taking a bit of getting use too. Thanks to everyone

My experience with Marek over the last year has been nothing short of fantastic. I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Fallows-Baker, and he is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. As other reviews state, Marek’s goal is to increase your quality of life and get you operating at your full potential. This sometimes does, but sometimes doesn’t require pharmaceutical intervention, and they follow that. Marek has a great balance of exhausting natural/lifestyle interventions before progressing to prescription treatments. I always feel like my health is a priority to them and trust their expertise. It has certainly improved my health/life drastically.

September was warm and a great listener. She asked thoughtful questions to help me begin to reflect on where the root of my anxieties may have started. Even though I’ve only met with her once, I feel like I’m already seeing benefits because I she has a plan to help me on this journey. Horrible customer service and systems. User experience doesn’t exist on this site, you can’t update payment when required to do so because CTA button doesn’t work. Also, their email blast lack an unsubscribe button.
