The whole experience has been a nightmare. They wasn't transparent about the process work. I was under the I call them and they send me to a preferred shop and they handle the rest. Not the case. First of all I want to a shop of they choice. It was I was told it takes 24 to 48 hours to get the approval. So I drop my truck off. I got call the next from a Carshield representative saying what the issue was but they refuse to pay the whole price and I would have to pay and additional 285 plus my deductible. This was explain to me either in the initial conversation or when I first purchased the warranty. This would been some helpful information to know. You I went to a shop that they recommended they would know the labor and material cost for the shop and also they want to ship in they own part which I am sure the auto shop wouldn't be able to give a warranty on. They are very unprofessional for not stating on the information and not communicating with me. My truck has been at the shop since Tuesday. I miss work dealing with this headache!@

I've put in several complaints now stating that I needed a refund for some Johnny Gill tickets that I had bought. I transfer the tickets to my mom and she didn't go because she wasn't able to do to having surgery a couple months prior and she wasn't doing well. when I applied for the refund it said that I needed a doctor's note of some sort the doctor's name and number and all of that and my mom wanted me to respect her privacy and not put that on there so I wasn't able to get the refund. I don't think that I should have to put the reason or proof just to get some money back that I spent for a ticket I should just be able to get a refund. I don't understand why it's so complicated.

Asda pharmacy. I would have put 0 stars if i could. Not giving the medication i needed without any explanation for it. Money just sits there pending for a week now. And they dont answer messages. So i have no medication and no money.
