Bravo, Mac, Bravo

My rep, McCabe, was knowledgeable, eager to listen, polite, charismatic and friendly. My husband is not a very patient man and I believe my rep handled his impatience with ease. The rep spoke quickly, but very clearly. The entire process took absolutely no time and without inconvenience. I was impressed.

Extra Mile Mike Ross

Mike Ross went the extra mile for me when 6 or 7 reps got it all wrong and literally drug me through the MUD,wrong policy's over and over,all those calls with me were recorded.All they have to do is review the conversations with countless reps and figure out why these Reps are not taking any pride in the help Michael Ross offered,totally professional and needs to be recognized beyond this letter of thanks...Thanks Michael Ross

The agent I was gifted with was great

The agent I was gifted with was great. The fact that he was from Texas meant I understood every word he spoke. Now I'm not knocking agents from foreign countries, but they are hard to understand being from the USA.
My agent also went above and beyond to explain all details big and small and my experience could not have been better.
