I was very impressed by the way they packaged the item I bought. It was old and had a lot of pieces to it. But it was packaged in a very tight and secure way. Which is rarely done nowadays by big companies. Easily could tell there was a lot of thought and care put into it.

Excellent service and shipped in a timely manner. This book although rated good almost looks like it had never been opened with original dust cover in great shape. Do not know who packaged this item but I could use their help with my Christmas presents!

I have been shopping at Firefly since the opening. Heck, I have been book shopping in KTown for 40+ years and will alway miss the prior stores. However, the level of customer service I have received and observed through Firefly is above and beyond. Seeing new faces that exhibit such a commitment is awesome. Handily, I have nieces and nephews who also love this store. Note to self, remember you need gift certificates. Glad you folks are here!

Excellent books, excellent service, and I wish I lived in Pennsylvania again and could join the cooperative community by bringing my own books here. I love this bookstore! I needed to purchase a workbook for one of my students but could not find what I needed. I called Firefly Bookstore on a Sunday and Erica picked up on the second ring. She helped me navigate the website and my order was delivered only a few days later! I will definitely use this bookstore again and again.

An independent bookstore with a wonderful mix of new and gently used books. I found a book here that I thought I'd never see again--published in the 1970s and never reprinted--and drove two hours to Kutztown to pick it up. The owner clearly loves books and talked happily to my daughter about good picks for a three-year-old, and her recommendations were perfect. The two-year-old loves them. I wish I lived closer. This is a great bookstore.

I have been to Firefly Bookstore many times, but had never used their online ordering option. I had to order a required reading book for my son for his English class, and I was afraid it would be sold out or too expensive. I am pleased to note that it was in stock and sold at a reasonable price. I received it very quickly, as well. I will definitely use Firefly's online purchasing option again.

I initially ordered the calendar through another vendor but they had the wrong item sent to the gift recipient instead and could not replace it. Then I couldn’t find the calendar anywhere else but finally did through Firefly Bookstore. It was easy to order online, great communication, and shipping was timely! Thanks so much!

Firefly Bookstore has an amazing selection of books both new releases, popular series, and classics. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable every time I visit or call with a request. The store is fun to browse and set up in a way it's relatively easy to locate your next read. It is my favorite place for books.

I am so happy to have located my favorite book from my childhood. I had searched for years and could never find it until I found this website. I am so excited to read this book to my daughter like my mother did with me.
The website was easy to navigate and the parcel arrived so much faster then expected especially because it had to come over the boarder.

I ordered on line and the book came through the mail in about 3 days!!!! It was a used book that was described in excellent condition and it is in excellent condition. I now live at the other end of Berks County (Wernersville) and can't get there in person as often as I might like

One title I ordered could not be located, so that cost was refunded to me. The other two titles were shipped, but one was not in the described "Good" condition. I contacted the store and they apologized for the error and refunded my money for that title as well. So due to shipping charges (which were much higher than the postage on the package), I ended up paying a lot more than I would have liked for the one book that was received as described. In hindsight, I should have told them to cancel the whole order when they called to tell me that one of the three books in my order could not be fufilled.
