5 Stars for sure. These guys shipped my order fast and well packaged. I ordered 3 different sets of sleeves and they doubled on one set and was missing another. They responded the following day and they made it right by shipping me the correct sleeves the same day and had me keep the extras. I look forward to purchasing and preordering from them in the future.

The wrong item was initially shipped to me (honest mistake, was a Pokemon Binder Collection instead of the Poster Collection.) I emailed them to see about exchanging for the correct product. They responded within 30 minutes and said keep the item I received and they shipped out the correct item the next day. I was happy alone with the quick response but the follow up actions knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be shopping here in the future!

Excellent service based on a package that went missing through shipping. In less than 5 minutes, they called me about a order 7 months ago and fixed it right away.

It was quite a surprise, i wouldn't expect any shop to remedy a invoice that was from last year, but they did. Cody was awesome, and honestly, haven’t experienced that level of customer service for a while, if ever.

What a kind group, will be sure to order from them for future hobbies, As rare as it is, logistical mistakes do happen. Whats even rarer is a shop willing to go the extra mile for complete strangers. Shout out to Cody for helping me out on my missing box of Romance Dawn. Thanks a lot man.

Was skeptical at first because the prices were too good to be true (compared to others' jacked up ones). Ordered on the weekend, it was shipped out Monday, I received it Tuesday. Everything was exactly what I ordered.
