Wonderful Experience

It was good: The ordering process was easy and efficient. Their website is very nice. I like the packaging and their attention to detail on explaining each of the chocolate.

I had problems with the delivery of the…

I had problems with the delivery of the chocolates in Costa Rica by DHL. zChocolat offered me two other boxes of chocolates to deliver anywhere in the world, at no cost to me. A very generous offer, sent to my two granddaughters in the United States. Thank you so much

That was an extremely fast delivery

That was an extremely fast delivery, meant to give my wife something for her birthday since the present I ordered was delayed for a week. The chocolates ended up being the star of the show, she loved them.

My experience was perfect

My experience was perfect! I sent it from France to Nederlands, to a friend, all the information was right on time, all the transport phases generated an e-mail, and I was informed of the package conditions.
Ah, it's important to refer: it was cold at the arrival and quite beautiful.

My only "problem": I didn't taste these chocolates, yet! It was a gift... I could only see great comments and a beautiful site.

Absolutely reliable

They’re just reliable! I’ve been living overseas for 15 years now and zChocolat has always been a super reliable company. The chocolates always gets a wow of whoever I buy it for and they always deliver on time. Chocolates great, the packaging is great. You definitely get what you pay for.

Not received in time

Mother's day gift wasn't received in a timely manner. Waiting to see if zChocolat will reimburse any shipping charges. I don't think they are at fault. I think DHL failed in this instance.

It appears that our carrier did not receive a response at the provided address. They also did not leave the package in your mailbox since they do not have access.

My third of many orders of zChocolat

I fell in love with zChocolat's vegan assortment. The flavors and quality are unsurpassed. I ordered some non-vegan items as well as another vegan assortment and decided to try the jam. Again, the quality is unsurpassed. The apricot jam is amazing and the jar size very generous. Thank you again for bringing French chocolates of such quality to me and my family. Please also thank the entire team in your wonderful town of Forcalquier. I love your Monday market!

Chocolate review

I really liked how each box was labeled separately based on its type. My favourite have been the Praline one, but that doesn't mean that I didn't enjoy the classic or exotic chocolates those were great too.
The different kinds of flavors really brought everything together nicely.

Excellent Chocolates

Chocolates arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Tracking information was great! Bought these for my daughter after she bought some for me for Valentines Day. Excellent, fun chocolates! The complimentary dark chocolate bars were an unexpected treat!

More creative flavors

great chocolate even though the shipping company was not accurate about the shipping day it arrived well packed and the taste was exceptional, but i hope we see more creative flavors in your catalogue such as cheesecake, rice cake and honey sweetened chocolate.

What a nice surprise to receive a well packaged, insulated box of specialty chocolates! An elegant wooden, customized box to fit a multitude of handmade chocolates with beautiful ribbon detail and a card. Each bite is delicious. Thank you for the immediate email to let me know. Delayed Delight: zChocolat's Exceptional Service and Unique Flavors

I ordered Macaroni for my wife on 2/9 to be delivered to the states. They got stuck in customs and we didn't receive them until the 24th. HOWEVER, before I even knew they weren't coming zChocolat reached out and made it right by not only sending another box but an assortment of chocolates too. It didn't make it by Valentines either but I can't fault them for that.

Overall a great company to do business with and, while I prefer the more standard flavors, the uniqueness of the flavors I received were quite fun to enjoy.

I ordered these for my boyfriend for…

I ordered these for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Although they arrived late (which was to no fault of ZChocolat, but rather customs holding the package) ZChocolat responded with concern and compassion. I will most definitely order from their company many more times in the future. The macarons arrived late, but were still edible. And they were absolutely the BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED. Thank you for putting such attention to detail into a delicate treat. We also ordered some from a local company as well in Florida, and they were nothing compared to the authentic flavors ZChocolat used in theirs. Absolutely hands down the BEST.
