Microwave problem resolved

After unboxing the microwave, we had a problem with a minor cosmetic defect in the control panel. The Home Outlet Direct team sent us a link to make a claim, and we received the new part to replace the defective part within a week. It's what you do to solve an issue that matters!

Buyer Beware..

Buyer Beware... I bought a 7 piece THOR Kitchen combo from Home Outlet Direct with an additional 3 year warranty. We have had problems with just one piece, the wine refrigerator. As soon as we had it installed, it would not work properly. We put in a service request only to find out that there is no one in my area that can repair.

SO a year past and now, I went to the warranty vendor who said they cannot find anyone in our area so I should go find someone and they would reimburse me the cost. I am OK with that.

However, NO ONE will even come out and look at it.

SO BEFORE YOU BUY any THOR Products, MAKE SURE THERE ARE REPAIR REPRESENTATIVES IN YOUR AREA!

Great Customer Service - Brittany

Swapping Ranges. Moving and Selling Home. Taking My High End 36" Wolf Range... So Had to Replace..
Much more affordable items... and look great. Ordered one.. Delayed, Delayed.. Weeks.. Not Home Direct's fault - manufacturer's (Covid related). Brittany comes in - suggests similar product. Able to sell at same price. Cancels 1st order.. From when Ordered (Fri afternoon) - delivered in 4 business days. Wow! Amazing Cust Service. Install next day - and house will be on market with new appliance on Tuesday after Labor Day Wknd. Can't say enough positives!

A total home kitchen transformation courtesy of HOME OUTLET DIRECT

We researched appliances for our home renovation for well over a year until I found Home Outlet Direct. From that point on, smooth process. We selected a fantastic Thor Package, ordered and within 3 days received communications from the company asking about our timeline and how did we want to take delivery.

Appliances arrived crated and well packed. Included with the order were the specification sheets for each appliance.
We gave those to the kitchen designer who incorporated into our renovation plans. Easy installation for our contractor.

If I had to do it all again, I would go straight back to HOD. I have also recommended to friends and family!

Great appliances. Happy with service!

Easy to find what I was looking for, great customer service and prices. My husband and I just renovated our entire kitchen and we ended up buying all our appliances from Home Outlet Direct. I spoke with Brittany who helped me place my order and was able to give me a discount because I was ordering multiple items. Make sure to message them via chat or call to get the same service.

Absolutely fantastic experience.

Absolutely fantastic company! I purchased a Zline cooktop and it had a small leak. Home Outlet Direct promptly took control of the situation and sent me replacement unit to my door within 2 days! Meanwhile I'm still waiting to hear from Zline. Home outlet direct also responded to my emails immediately with no delay. I'll not only buy all my future appliances from Home Outlet, I'll most certainly recommend my friends and colleague to do the same. They are a fantastic company with great customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! IT’S A SCAM

I posted a review on here and this company DELETED the review so I am reposting. This is a SCAM of a company and all of their reviews on here look like they’re FAKE because they are deleting ALL the negative reviews so that no one can really see what a bad business they are. I ended up buying my appliances from Lowe’s who had a better price, better service, and ACTUALLY knew about the products they were selling. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS STORE. I’M GOING TO GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA AND LET THEM KNOW THIS COMPANY IS DELETING THEIR REVIEWS!!!

The agent let you know we did not have that information, but we can reach out to the manufacturer and get back to you via email once we have an answer.

You then demanded that the sales agent calls them immediately. He tried to reach them but was unable to. We again offered to inform you via email once we have an answer. You made several rude remarks and ended the chat.

I purchased a Zline 36" dual fuel Dura…

I purchased a Zline 36" dual fuel Dura snow range with the assistance of numerous of your staff who were always kind enough to answer all my questions. This range replaced a 36" GE Cafe range which I had serviced too many time and the issues were never resolved. With that said, I can honestly say I love my new Zline range. It looks gorgeous and bakes amazingly well. So far, the only minus is that it does not accommodate a full sheet pan. But other than that, I'm fine with it.

Excellent customer service and exceptional value

I had a wonderful experience with Jamie in Customer Service. I emailed her with an issue, and it was resolved quickly and easily. From the ease of ordering, a return/exchange for slight damage of a delivery, to sending us a missing item, we've had an amazing experience with Home Outlet Direct. And we LOVE our Zline appliances. They're high-end looking and are exceptional quality, but did not break the bank. 10/10 for value.

I'm very pleased with the expertise use…

I'm very pleased with the expertise use by this company, Home Outlet Direct. Their shipping practices are exceptional. They over pack everything. They go so far as to separate item which historically get damaged. I have received almost an entire kitchen and nothing damaged.

I bought a mini split system from them…

I bought a mini split system from them online and we had issues with it. Finally Mr. cool and home outlet direct agreed to refund it for full price so I sent it back in and now they are refusing to give me my money they have the product and my money they will not answer the phone. They will not transfer your call. I have very poor customer service.

I’m new to dealing with Home Outlet…

I’m new to dealing with Home Outlet Direct, but couldn’t be happier.I recently purchased an island vent hood , and When trying to make the purchase I found out the sale and promotions were discontinued . I called and spoke to Kelly, who was very polite and courteous, and I felt went out of her way to make sure l had a pleasant buying experience. I know people are edgy because of COVID, and it’s great to run across people who want to treat you like your important to them. I also wanted to thank Brittany for her help. Looking forward to receiving my vent hood. Thanks again.

From the ordering process to the delivery it was a pleasure to order from this Home Outlet Direct! I spoke to a sales associate who helped put a quote together for me and answered all the questions I had.

I ordered a full set of ZLINE kitchen appliances. To be honest I was surprised how quickly they arrived, impressive!

There was a recall on their products because of leaking issues. Just want to make sure to post my voice so that others know to be careful buying from this store. They are sell bad products to good people… its only a matter of time before this business is SHUT DOWN.

Don't buy here, they are just a drop shipper, beware

Item arrived damaged and dealing with this company was painful. They are in no hurry to do anything and are unfortunately just a drop shipper so they don't have any stock and have to deal with the manufacturer directly. What this means is that they can't remedy any problem themselves, they just say-wait for the manufacturer. Also, they never answer the phone! They are just a shell business that has a handful of employees to answer the phone when they are available. What a waste!

Zline gas range and hood are worth the money!

Great experience purchasing my new Zline stove and hood. Staff was super helpful. Truly was the lowest price online anywhere in the country, free shipping and no tax!!! Love my Zline 36 inch gas oven range! Works like the super expensive ones but much more affordable. Had a small blurp not getting the right lids for the brass burners but finally after many emails I got a phone call and it was resolved the next day. Zline had Fed Ex-ed them overnight. I highly recommend Home Outlet Direct. If it wasn't for the blurp I would have given in 5 stars. Great product!

Best prices, BEST customer service

The customer service is the best, period. This company went waaaayyyy above the call of duty to help me. I normally wouldn’t write a review like this, but I just have to acknowledge the amazing service I received. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of and happy with their order. I will be giving them as much business as I can because of how good of an experience this was. They are responsive, professional, they FOLLOW THROUGH, they’re friendly, I could go on all night. I am so pleased to have found them. They are simply the best. You’ll agree!
