After unboxing the microwave, we had a problem with a minor cosmetic defect in the control panel. The Home Outlet Direct team sent us a link to make a claim, and we received the new part to replace the defective part within a week. It's what you do to solve an issue that matters!

I couldn't be happier with the Coupert app. I LOVE when checking out and waiting to see what I might save. Often, I am 99% there to make a purchase, and it's the saving that motivates me to finalize it -- because I know I am getting a good deal. :)
