Really great quality kit.

Really great quality kit.
Really lucky to have taken full advantage of the recent Inov8 sale online. Lovely colours in the range and not just all black. Easy ordering, fast delivery and happy with everything Ive received, it all fits perfectly and fit for purpose, long ultras in all weather conditions.

Amazing experience

I had an issue with a pair of trainers I bought in Jan 2024, I contacted Invo8 in May 2024 via the online chat. My issue was resolved same day and the guy Jordon I spoke with could not be anymore helpful. A replacement pair of trainer are being sent out. Very efficient and easy to use web chat. Amazing customer services from start to finish

Terrific Trainers

Recommended to me by a triathlete and I can't thank him enough! Bought the F-Lite 235 V3 and not only are they are stunning looking trainers, but they fit perfectly and are supremely comfortable. The service from Inov8 was excellent too and, even though I'd only opted for standard delivery, they arrived the very next day.

Very good experience and fantastic…

Very good experience and fantastic products, except for DHL delivery. They kept announcing a delivery date which was delayed and marked as “new delivery agreed with recipient”… without contacting me.
The shoe boxes are sustainable, the parcel box could have been smaller to save up on cardboard.

Super fast delivery

I find products much cheaper compare to…

I find products much cheaper compare to website in Slovakia, I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and one shorts. I really like inov8 products, good quality and very comfortable.
I gave 4 stars because I was not able to create profile on website.

I don’t like getting emails asking “how are your shoes” when I haven’t gotten my shoes.
Or any information about when they will be shipped.
Or a confirmation of purchase email.

We have looked into this for you and it looks like your order was shipped yesterday, and you should have got an email from UPS directly with the tracking details, but we apologise if you haven't received it. Estimated delivery looks to be Monday, but we will ask one of the customer care team to get in touch with you via email with the tracking details, and also a copy of your order confirmation. They should be in touch within the next 10 minutes.

Delay confirmation automatic

I try put my order in 3 time and not function. In time number 4 was possible.
I see my confirmation order 4 hours later. Customer service is great.😊

Always loved their shoes, now love their CS too!

After 8 months of owning some INOV-8 trail shoes i noticed a hole had appeared between upper and lower which would obviously let in water.
I contacted INOV-8 and they quickly asked for photos, then instigated a return for the shoes. All very quick to respond to emails and gave me full value back as a voucher against some new shoes they had.
I ordered these and they arrived swiftly, then they were unfortunately a bit small on my feet for my size, so then returned these to go up half a size.
I posted the smaller shoes on a Friday and my new larger size shoes arrived on the Monday!! Before the others had even got to them!
Such great swift customer service and excellent communications and tracking all the way.
Great shoes and a great company
