Fantastic service from start to finish. There were a few small items missing from our order and one tap was faulty, but when I contacted Customer Services fully expecting for it to be the start of a long uphill battle, I was shocked when all issues were sorted out immediately. Jonathan Foote went way beyond the call of duty to get the missing or replacement items sent out the very next day. Thanks to his incredibly fast response and efficiency, we experienced absolutely no delays with the fitting of our new bathrooms.

KES are by far the best lighting company we have ever used. Not only did they have an incredible selection of beautiful lights on their website, but their prices were also very competitive.

Communication was excellent too and all queries were dealt with immediately by Sharna.

We placed a large order in the afternoon and all our lights were delivered the very next day. The lights looked even better than they had on-line and are all extremely good quality.

Such exceptional service is so rare nowadays and we wouldn't dream of using any other lighting company in the future.

Fantastic range of products, fast delivery and excellent quality ceiling roses. We purchased the polymer ones and you really can't tell the difference between those and the original Georgian ceiling roses in our other rooms. They look absolutely incredible with a suitable chandelier and we will definitely be buying a few more from UK Home Interiors.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We needed extra large rugs and Rug Vista had the best selection at very reasonable prices. We received ours within a few days and the quality is exceptional. Although the rug is polypropylene so easy to clean, it actually looks like wool and feels really soft and luxurious. We will be ordering more rugs from Rug Vista soon.

Fantastic service from everybody I dealt with and I was thrilled to receive my stunning curtains today. The quality of the fabric is superb and the workmanship incredible with nearly invisible seams and perfect stitching. We received fantastic, personal service from Chattertons, both with a building dispute and a conveyancing matter.
