Communication with the staff at Letter Jacket was easy and they were quick to turn around a mock up for us to review. Letter Jacket did an excellent job on our custom envelopes. Additionally, our envelopes were delivered in a timely manner.

Overall the experience was great! They were patient with me in designing the envelopes, which I really appreciate and they were printed exactly as expected with one small exception. More than half of the envelopes had crooked printing on the backs...nothing was cut off and they're still perfectly useable...and we will be using them. Most people probably won't even notice that the printing is crooked...I'm just the type of person that does. This isn't a deterrent, we will order again when we run low...but I did think it was worth mentioning. :) Thank you for the beautiful envelopes!

Excellent printing and envelope quality. Well packaged for damage free shipment, but the box that contains the envelope was very flimsy and actually falling apart - not suitable for storage of the envelopes. A 4.5 star experience. Will use them again

Great value, and very easy ordering process! The templates provided were a great help in making sure the ordering and proof process went as smoothly as possible. Communication from staff was top-notch as well when part of our order was delayed.

The website was very helpful in placing the print order. Staff was very helpful in making sure the contents were proper before proceding with the print. Only concern I have is that it took a little longer for the job to be finished and maied. The final product was according to our expectation to the mark.

Envelopes are just what I ordered. Printing was correct. Customer service was efficient. Overall a good experience. My only neutral comment would be the #10 envelopes do not have a seal strip all the way across the envelope. It is divided into 3, leaving gaps which can get caught in the mail machines. They would be perfect if they sealed al the way across the flap.

We had issues with prior orders being shipped and needing a dock, or lift truck etc. This time we had them delivered UPS and it was such a smooth transaction. The prices are so much better with letterjacket, and we appreciate speaking with the same helpful office personnel. it was all good. Kudos to Karen.

We ordered 8000 custom 2-color envelopes & they were delivered in good quality within a week. Much better prices than competitors we found at the time. Highly likely our team will be a repeat customer.

The prints are good, however I am always disappointed in the way the boxes arrive. The envelopes are not boxed nicely and many times a portion of my order is unusable. I made a note on my last order requesting that they are boxed nicer. I will be looking elsewhere so I don't have to re-box, and I can't send directly to clients in this condition. I would suggest thicker boxes and this side up/fragile stickers in the future.

Our church just rebranded and I was struggling finding tithe envelops. I found Letter Jacket and was so pleased with my experience! They made it super simple and were very thorough during the entire process. I just received them today and am very pleased with the quality! Will be using them again.

I've ordered envelopes several times for our company and it's great that they keep our file. It makes it a breeze to re-order and our envelopes always arrive sooner than expected. With all the run around you get sometimes, it is a pleasure to deal with a reliable company.
