After a little bit of a service issue due to a problem with their glass cutter, Jeff has made this right. Great communication after the fact.

The wooden mahogany case is beautiful, and it was packaged very well during shipment. Thank you for going the extra step with using the wood bracing to provide support for the box. Worth every penny!

I order this case to display a chrome Cincinnati Reds batters helmet. I received it 3 days after placing my order. I couldn’t believe how well it was packaged. Everything looks perfect! Beautiful display case. I would definitely order again for my next collectable item.

There are 5 glass panes on each display case,
and they must have had some previous shipping problems, as each glass pain is coated with an extremely sticky backed, paper coating, on both sides, to protect in transit. Removing this sticky tape is extremely time consuming and frustrating. The removal process needs to be carefully done, or removing the tape will leave an unremovable film on the glass, rendering the case useless. Be warned, it took me about 40 minutes to make certain that I removed the paper coating properly. They do look OK once set up, but the frustration was not worth it in my case. I would look elsewhere next time.

Hi Kurt - We just reached out to you. I wish you reached out to us if you had issues removing the film from the acyrlic case. Really sorry for the inconvenience it caused.
If the protective film is stickier than usual, next time, try using a hairdryer on medium heat and slowly go over the film. It will loosen the stickiness on the tape and allow it to peel off much faster and easier.
These are one of thousands of cases we carry and this particular acrylic case does have film to protect the acrylic from scratching as it is a softer plastic vs. glass.

Very pretty and description was precise. Mounted on my wall without any issues. Delivery was fast and no issues and no damages at all. Well packaged but just an FYI look for the key behind the foam packing material. It’s hidden there. Completely in love with this companies products. 2nd purchase I’ve made and will definitely be recommending and purchasing more products in the future.

Really nice case. Thankfully wasn't damaged in transit. Only criticism would be paper coverage on plexiglass doesn't peel off well. Lots of little pieces. 😮💨

The softball display case arrived 11.28.22 in perfect condition. My credit card that I paid for it was hacked while package was enroute, by FFEX, making me think I should pay $1.85 for express delivery. So I cancelled the credit card. And received a new one in today’s (held) mail. Thank you it’s a beautiful remembrance for my son of my mother’s fast-pitching days!!

Superior products for the price! Very elegant looking with my collection and would definitely recommend to any sports collecter that collects prized sports memorabilia. Item is very sturdy and heavy. The bat displays come well package! Display glass with hinge top is a game changer for easy entry and adjustment. Recommend utilizing anchors to best support. Recommend company provide a mounting template for quick and accurate installation. 1000% must have!

My son finished his HS football career last fall and I was looking for a way to display his gear, more for me than him. Instead of putting a football in the display box next to his helmet, I put his cleats, back protector plate and gloves in that spot! It's perfect!!! I couldn't be happier!!
