I had an issue with my address and before I realized it shipping was all messed up and my order was being sent back by the postal service. I emailed Kitsch and within minutes they responded and were able to help solve my problem. Honestly the best costumer service I have ever worked with! Highly recommend!

Receiving the package in a timely manner.
When I opened it, it was initially missing an item I ordered, but there was a duplicate item in the box. I emailed Customer Support, and they responded so fast, I can def. say it wasn't even 24 hours from my email.
Jessica, promptly assisted & emailed me for confirmation that a replacement was in the works and was kind enough for her words and helpfulness.

I bought the products and the courier service made a mistake and did not deliver them to me or leave a note in my mailbox to go and claim them. I contacted Kitsch customer service and problem solved! I hope the products work as well as the customer service!

Awful heartless curlers. They do absolutely nothing. It was a huge waste of money. I followed all the instructions and tried a few different methods. The best I got from them immediately after taking them out was a very weak inconsistent wave and even that weak curl lasted no more than 5 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend their heartless curlers to anyone.

I’ve been ordering from Kitsch for a while now, and love their shampoo and conditioners. Actually, our shower is plastic free! My most recent order was missing one item, and they sent the replacement immediately. Although that isn’t what you want to happen, they made it right and I would absolutely recommend the company and their products.

This is an amazing company sprung from the ideas of an amazing woman. The customer service is lightning fast, they're knowledgeable about everything just like you'd expect from someone who is truly passionate about what they're selling and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers get the best things for them. Never purchasing from this company again. Wanted to purchase the shampoo bar, clicked on it, paid then received an order confirmation a couple of minutes later saying I was receiving a conditioner.
Immediately replied to the confirmation stating it needed to be corrected before being shipped.
Within a less than 24hr period, my email was forwarded to 5 different people/teams who assured me it would be sorted - then I got an automated email saying it had been shipped.
I emailed back saying how ridiculous it all was and they told me I need to wait till it arrives from America to NZ then begin a 'returns process'
Absolute waste of my time and money. Asked for my money back and no reply.
Unbelievable.

I placed my first order with Kitcsh and received it quickly. Part of the deal on my first order was a shower caddy, it wasn’t in the box! I contacted Kitcsh and was super amazed that within hours my shower caddy was on its way! What amazing customer service. Kitcsh products also live up to their hype! I am in love with the rice water shampoo and conditioner.

I absolutely love the shampoo/conditioner and shea butter body bar so far. Just ordered a few weeks ago my first set and have already told everyone I know, and got the set for my mom for Mother’s Day. I could already feel after one use that my hair has a lightness and cleanliness it didn’t have with (even good quality) bottles I’ve used..
I love how sustainable and pure their products are - lathering with a solid bar obviously takes a little getting used to, but I’ve actually grown to love it and REALLY appreciate that I’m putting healthy ingredients on my body rather than heavy preservatives, additives/chemicals. I don’t think I will be going back to bottles again..
Customer service is also great with any issue, they seem to really care about brand and customers. Thank you so much for creating this brand! 😊🙏

I haven’t actually tried the products yet, but I did some deep research before getting them because I’ve been losing a lot of hair for the past few months and it’s really thin right now. I found Kitsch via an instagram ad and after reading loads of reviews I decided to give it a try. For now I can say that the customer service is the best I’ve encountered so far! Quick, polite and really eager to help out :)

Placed my order for more than 2 weeks and it still hasnt arrived yet... Its a global delivery but dont think this is up to standard at all for these days where it takes at most few days for things to arrive from america to asia... Please use better courier service
