We have always received excellent suggestions and service from the friendly and very helpful people at Picture Salon. All of the work (quite a bit!) that we have had done there has been excellent.

Not only is the quality of prints AMAZING, but turnaround time is incredibly fast. The one time a print arrived damaged, they made it right within an hour of me contacting them (and the damage was not their fault). The drop ship option is incredibly helpful. The quality of ink and paper options are one of the main reasons I won't print with anyone else, even local options here in ATX. Can't recommend Picture Salon enough.

I have ordered several photo prints from Picture Salon and they are always of great quality.
I had my first occasion to order a canvas print for a family photo and the quality is outstanding. The packaging the print came in was durable and sturdy.

Picture Salon is a great resource for artists. They have great attention to detail, communication, and quality in their products. If you are looking for quality products made to your specifications, this is the company to go to. They are very good at communicating the process step by step and keeping you informed during the process. For a quality print on demand service, Picture Salon is a great team of Fine Art Giclée Printers on a variety of materials. I most certainly recommend them.

Great prints, super quality. Might become my go to printer even though shipping is a bit more expensive due to their farther location. In other words, they're worth it!

We just received our second order from Picture Salon and we could not be happier!!!
We sent them our own photos to be printed onto large canvas wraps (some standard sizes, some custom). We did the same thing in 2019. (Each time, we ordered about 15 canvas wraps, up to 40" x 60" in size.)
Both times, we found the staff to be efficient, helpful, responsive and friendly. Shout out to Cho, who made the process so easy!!
Both times, all of our canvas wraps arrived on time, very carefully wrapped, so nothing was damaged.
The wraps are impeccable.
We absolutely recommend Picture Salon and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I am missing one of the backer boards I ordered. I double checked what I received against what I ordered, and I am definitely missing one of the 16x20 ones I ordered. Also, I found it to be an unpleasant surprise that many of the 16x20 sized backer boards had markings on them. At least half to a third of them had barcodes and logos printed on them. I felt it was unprofessional.
What I will say is that it was packaged beautifully.

We apologize for missing a backing board on your order, when you emailed us, we responded, apologized for the mistake, and offered a refund.
For the barcodes and blemishes on the backing boards, barcodes are printed on the boards from the manufacturer, and are common and not typically an issue, as they are behind your print. We requested a picture of the blemishes and also offered to refund you for any that had markings on them.
We unfortunately never heard back from our email, we are sorry you felt this interaction warranted a 2 star review and would love the chance to prove to you we can deliver a solid 5 star service in the future!
