And unlike my previous purchase where the ATF took just over a year - this time, 6 days from purchase to pickup! And some of my friends received theirs even faster!

The people in the different areas have all been very helpful with questions from a first time buyer. I've never had to wait more than about 30-60 seconds to speak to a person. I submitted with an NFA Trust, so waiting patiently since my submission.
The only downside is that SS will not compete on pricing for cans from other manufacturers. MSRP only. I would have bought a couple others from them if they did.

It was almost too easy to get my Mojave 9! From ordering, to using the kiosk and the having my paperwork filed electronically the whole experience was easy peasy. Silencer shop made the whole situation easy. Was able to compete everything needed at the store. Including fingerprints. Ran into issue for the suffix in my last name (portal lists it as cadence, I had never seen that term before so I didn’t check the drop down). Silencer shop was able to fix the issue and get me completed rather quickly.

Was a very easy process. I picked out my suppressor, picked my local dealer, signed and completed docs as I was informed to do so and had my suppressor in hand in a little over three weeks including ATF wait time. I also accidentally ordered the incorrect mounting device and my exchange was handled quickly.

The Silence Shop is the best place to purchase any NFA items. Their portal is streamlined to make the interaction with eForm effortless. They have great variety and a good customer service team. The only reason Ingave 4 stars today was because my order took over 14 days to ship my purchase to my FFL after my form 3 was approved. Never had that big of a delay from them, so not sure what happened.

They have a great system for moving through the process of getting a tax stamp. It would be five stars if they would simply put together step by step checklist to tell you what is happening what to look for and expect on your first time through the process. There are some waits and you don't if everything is working or you timed out or something.

I gave a five star because I’ve ordered 3 suppressors through SS. All have returned relatively fast so I can’t complain. The only thing is shipping time after form 3 approval but not being in the business it could just be the sheer number of orders in today’s market so I couldn’t take a star for that reason. Just wish I lived near SS and in Texas so I could avoid the shipping aspect.

Just like last time this was a breeze but even breezier. Since my silencershop account was already completed i just had to get the FFL/SOT to add the new can to my account, I already had my stamp purchased, that night i was doing the docusign and the next day i was verifying my Form 4. Now just hurrying up and waiting.

Took what was a complicated process and streamlined it to a simple one. There was no point at which I had a question that there wasn't an answer provided quickly. Also, I will add that what I thought was going to be a months long slog of paperwork and signatures got completed in 2 weeks

I had to wait on hold for a long time but once my call was answered I got all the answers that I needed and proceeded with two purchases. The form 3 wait was very fast and the ATF submission took 2 attempts but was very easy once ATF finished their maintenance. Now the ATF jail wait. I have been hearing that it is faster, and Silencer Shop has great communication to predict the approval date. I will return for sure, glad I did the lifetime trust!!

Almost impossible to get customer service on the phone or to respond when issues arise. Waited two hours on hold to take care of an issue that took 3 mins to fix. Other than that great company love what they’re doing.
