Can anybody tell me how to include my children's names in this story for fathers day. I made the purchase yesterday and I realize based on these amazing reviews that the kids names can be included however I didn't see that as an option. I need help please. Thank you in advance. I've read nothing but positive reviews I hope they can fix this before they create the story. Thank you

My book was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out and the Story Bug CSR said they'd make it right. I caught up with my post carrier and he remembered a box that went into another lockbox so he checked and it was a digit off so was here all the time, but in the wrong box. It is an adorable book all personalized for my 4 year old grandson's birthday. Happy with purchase.

I bought the books for my granddaughter and she just loves reading them because she thinks that they are talking about her because she sees her name throughout the books.

I wish the book was a little better quality, the corners were a little damaged when I received it and you can see the stitching that is holding the pages together, it looks like the pages will easily rip out. The book also doesn’t lay totally flat. It did get to me quickly and it was easy to customize characters.

Beautiful book! Love the vibrant colors and the choices to make the avatar look like the person. We need more choice of hairs especially for babies. Thanks for the lovely book!

It's great that you personalise it with characters and make it more special.
I think it's a lovely idea all the children to be involved in the book.

I received my order very quickly after I ordered. The book is beautiful maid, very colourful and bright. My 7 month old daughter loved having her daddy read it to her. Will be a lovely book for them both to cherish as she grows.

I ordered a custom book for my 6 year old nephew, I was worried that it would not come in on time for his birthday party since it was only 2 weeks away. My great grandson loved the book. His name was right on the front of book. When reading the story his name is inserted into the story through out the entire book. Great story as well. Colorful pictures. He loves monster trucks. This was a wonderful addition to his books.

A mistake was made with the spelling on my book and customer service issued me a new book free of charge. Only had to pay for shipping this is excellent customer service. Will recommend them to anyone that needs a customized book in the future

The book was very colorful and my 3 year old grandson enjoyed seeing his name. The only flaw was the ending was to abrupt. Otherwise it was great.
