My delivery driver Ben, is back! He's such a friendly, cheerful, helpful man no matter what the weather or how heavy my parcel is he'll lift it up the step for me as he knows I have a bad back and always makes sure I get my delivery safely inside. He's a real asset to DPD

Delivery was exactly on time (with an alternative address for delivery). Unfortunately, i was just leaving home when the driver arrived, cutting the corner into our close at speed, nearly hitting my car. (A high hedge would have obscured her view). After delivery, she tailgated me all the way out of our neighbourhood. She didn't seem to appreciate that I was driving within the speed limit.

Also, return service vial local Post Office DPD collection point convenient and seamless.

I received a message to say my parcel would arrive this morning and roughly what time . I saw the van outside my house and the delivery chap was already at my door. It was a 16 k parcel and Demitri lifted it in so that I could close the door . Very quickly done.

Disgusting service.
Driver dropped a parcel containing fragile items over a 6 ft fence and surprise surprise the contents was damaged. All caught on CCTV.
Also said the item was signed for by the resident, which was not the case as I was not home at the time.
For a premium courier this service is incredibly disappointing and I will seriously question using them moving forward.

The regular updates on the delivery were very useful and the delivery/driver, Adam (?), was excellent. Courteous and friendly - a great ambassador for DPD a recent poor experience.

Horrible blatant lying company!!I have been waiting several days for my parcel that i needed for today when it was meant to deliver. Ofc only dpd could ruin my whole day as i stayed home all day tracking it and didn't spot the driver once and they should have just put the parcel in my mailbox anyway! And they hit u with ‘we missed you’ absolute blatant liars ffs i hate this company ruined my whole day i am enraged
