a very nice delivery gentle man

a very great service with a very nice delivery gentle man who we wish to know his name as he is unlimited nice and always makes sure to secure our items. we are so lucky to have him delivering to our area. thank you so much Evri for having such a great gentle man. and we all hope he will stay covering our area.

I thank everyone at Ervi for working to get my parcels ready to dispatch, and for Trevor the delivery lad he's like the flying Scots man as he runs up the path and delivers my parcels. Well done JN

I had a message to say the delivery…

I had a message to say the delivery would be rescheduled to the next day, but it came at the specified time anyway. Other than that delivery was good. Only issue I have is evri still has 5 packages to delivery to me and I've had no indication they are going to be delivered even though you've had the packages for about 5 days?

Always a positive experience

Never had an issue with any of my deliveries from Evri, they always show up on time and I get regular updates on the status of my package.
Their drop off points are very convenient for any returns also.
Always a positive experience :)

Another 'new' delivery guy

Another 'new' delivery guy. I have a doorbell, but he knocked. I am disabled so if you press my doorbell it tells you that it might take me a few extra minutes to answer the door. But he didn't use the doorbell but knocked very loudly several times. When I opened the door he threw me the parcel and left.

Once again I'm having problems with my…

Once again I'm having problems with my delivery. Apparently parcel was out for delivery on 25th may. Didn't arrive! Had email to say there will be an update on Monday 27th and parcel will be delivered on the next working day. Still waiting for parcel and tracking hasn't updated since Saturday. I honestly don't know why companies use evri, this is the 4th issue I've had in the last 2 months! I'm not really sure why I bother with reviews cos evri just reply with the usual..every parcel is important to us....blah blah! Think that's why they're called evri as evri time I order something it either doesn't arrive or I have to chase it! Useless company!

I've always had good service from Evri…

I've always had good service from Evri and cannot fault them in any way. They keep me updated by email regarding my parcels and expected delivery time and the delivery driver is always pleasant friendly and helpful.

Maybe one day...

I write this review through procrastination.

The earliest date I can mark my experience taking place is 29/05/2023, but it began in 2018 and persists to this day.

I'd ordered an item from Amazon with next day delivery. I was of course horrified when I saw that Herm, sorry 'Evri' had been assigned to fulfil the matter.

With fingers crossed I checked the tracking page the next morning. Everything was good to go and my parcel was supposedly en route. I was relaxed.

At around 15:00 I wasn't exactly worried about the item, but I thought I'd check its status anyway, just out of curiosity.

"There has been an issue delivering your item. It will be with you within 24 hours." Slightly paraphrased as it was nearly six years ago but words to that effect.

I know Hermes so I just ordered the item again from Amazon and luckily was assigned a different organisation for the repeat. Amazon refunded me for this one immediately and only one day of my life was left unfulfilled. I did check the tracking page in maybe 2022 and it still said "it will be with you within 24 hours." I've lost the link now but it would be great if I could revisit it.

I would genuinely love to know what happened to that AMD processor. A documented story of its life from leaving an AMD factory in the far east, to it finally being lost/stolen/destroyed by Hermes would be a fascinating read.

Company is going downhill rapidly

Normally do not have too many issues with delivery, but I bought a car part on line that I needed urgently, and as quick as possible, and paid for express delivery for delivery date 11 May. Evri sent a message saying it was running late for expected delivery 11 May, then chose to deliver the item on the 13 May instead.
When I tried to phone the customer service number on these two dates, there were no humans to talk to, just a pathetic auto message of false information.
There have been a few delayed deliveries from Evri, but as they are standard deliveries, I'm not too bothered. However, when an express delivery is paid for, and Evri are aware (as per their original messages on the 11 May delivery slot), what gives this courier company the right to deliver when it suits them?
