Customer support actually supports!

I got better offers on Blu-rays that I was selling, than on another site. Your site was easy to use, fast and got my money right away. I called customer support because I had trouble printing the FedEx label and they responded immediately.

So easy

So easy. I scanned and packaged. The FedEx label was emailed. Dropped the package at Walgreen ( local pickup location) and waited a few days. The money appeared in my PayPal account.

Selling DVDs, Blu-rays and 4K items on Eagle Saver

in general my experience has been very good. My only real complaint is the numerous UPC numbers that are not included or that an item is listed incorrectly as a Book or a CD when I have entered a UPC code for a movie. It can be frustrating, but I do appreciate the fact that the window for generating a sell order has been greatly expanded allowing one more time to put an order together when dealing with a large order. I would rate Eagle Saver a 9 out of 10. I would add I have no problems with payments and appreciate the free shipping.

Exceeded Expectations

The app was really easy to use to submit the items I wanted to sell. They emailed me a shipping label right away. They were on top of my order right away after it was received. Payment came faster than I expected. And they are returning the items they did not purchase. So overall this was a very smooth, easy process and exceeded my expectations.

A very honest and fair Company

When I have DVD's or CD's to sell, I always use Eagle Saver. They are a very honest company and I have been a customer of theirs for many many years. I highly recommend them when you want to sell any items.

Eagle Saver gives you better $$$ for…

Eagle Saver gives you better $$$ for each piece of media than some of the other sites, but their scanner is not the best technology, and they require your order to average $0.50 per item. This is even if you have a $50.00 order. Disappointing when you scan in 100’s of DVDs and them have to start removing the low cost ones to get to a $0.50 average.

A trusted website

The website is really buggy at times and the app isnt able to be downloaded with current android systems. Otherwise, the quote wasnt too far off what i was paid and everything went smooth and quick.

First time user

First time user.
Pretty easy way to unload items. Make sure you read the directions. Build your boxes as you scan. I only sent a few things to test the waters. Once they received the package, I was paid within 4 business days.
Time to pack up the rest!!!

I really do love most of the experience…

I really do love most of the experience that I have with Eaglesaver, except the video game look up. I use a service that scans for the best price out there, however, every single time Eaglesaver comes back as the best price on a video game the site does not register it. In fact NO video game seems to be able to be scanned into the "get quote" bar. The dreaded "wheel" shows up and sits and spins forever, and it does not matter what browser you're using, the result is the same.

Overall

Overall, I believe the company is doing well. I only problem I have is most likely because of my lack on understanding. I sent you 62 movies, which all were initially accepted when I entered them. Out of those 62 I did know that 2 where very iffy by your standard. I open all of them before they were sent and almost all except for the 2 mentioned were scratch free. So I wasn't totally understanding why most were rejected.
With that said, all in all I do believe you conduct your business honestly and well.

Very user friendly

Very user friendly! I scanned and or typed in UPC codes they gave me a price and i added to my cart..
Shipping was also good. they emailed me a FedEx label and I dropped off at a FedEx drop.
