My Pride of Madeira arrived in a very poor state, probably where it had been in the heat as delivery from Royal Mail was very slow. You Garden immediately dispatched me a replacement, without question. Excellent customer service. Thank you

A year ago I bought a mixture of fuschia plants which I planted in our south facing back garden. Regrettably these did not survive the harsh and very wet winter. I thought of purchasing some more but having contacted YouGarden and explained my situation they decided to replace my last year order on a free no charge basis which I much appreciate.

I have always had good quality plants at good prices delivered quickly from You Garden.However on the last occasion delivery didn't go quite to plan, perhaps due to bank holiday , this was more down to the Yodel service but meant the loss of one star

Plant quality was excellent but several were damaged on arrival suggesting rough handling somewhere. They are being replaced after a bit of a struggle on the telephone! I repeat that the plants that were ok are of very good quality. Really pleased with them.

I always enjoy great service from YouGarden. Whatever I order is exactly right and is promptly despatched. What I don't like is that Yodel is the carrier. They delivered my last order to the house next door, instead of following my instructions to leave it on my propety at the place I designated if I were not at home. In fact I was at home so the carrier could have knocked on the door and left it with me.

My plants arrived very quick, and tho plug plants had quite few leaves on them and looked very healthy, i put them in larger pts for about 10days, then into ground, and next day had lots of rain, which did them very good.

The Rudbeckia plants were a great price but took a bit longer to arrive than expected. The plants were a little slimy on opening, possibly because they were in transit for so long but most are recovering now after being cleaned up.
The postage and packing was a bit expensive. Overall, good value at this price.

Plants of high quality arrived very promptly and in excellent condition.
I would have given 5* - however one small criticism - each year I order a large amount of plants from this supplier and others via a well know TV Shopping Channel.
When asking for feedback it would be useful to include brief details of the actual product you are asking/seeking feedback on.

Ordered my Rosa climber via Amazon and arrive within 72 hours. Package was very sturdy and secure and plant was tied firmly to a small cane and still well watered when received. There were clear signs of growth but my only concern was that it was a very small plant indeed. Fingers crossed it will grow quickly, if I have any concerns I can contact firm who have an abundance of excellent reviews

Delivery was where I wanted it left compost and bulbs all good , unfortunately the 4 brown eyed plants were all broken two flowers left on them I've potted them hoping they come away but not holding much hope for them . Still awaiting plugs and tutors.

My plant arrived in good condition. Although the outer box was a bit battered, the plastic one had protected the plant. I am looking forward to it flowering as there are buds on the plant already.

I ordered 4 standard fuchsias, as usual they were of a good standard and well packaged. As we were away on holiday my neighbour looked out for the delivery, the driver threw the boxes over my fence, luckily my neighbour has green fingers and saved them. 5 stars for the product 0 for delivery!!

The fuschia collections arrived in great condition and are now doing well in their pots and the garden. Originally I was missing 2 of the fuschias that I was expecting but got 2 salvias instead. Emails to customer service resolved the issue, got the missing plants and have 2 bonus plants.

Worst company have ever dealt with.
I ordered a palm tree to be sent to my niece for a house warming present. From the web site I was informed that the item would be delivered within a few days as it was in stock. I waited for weeks before it got to my niece and the worst thing was I sent 5 emails before receiving a reply. I tried phoning but there was no facility to speak to anyone. Never again. I was in tears of frustration.

The plant I received was not in good condition, customer service was very good and helpful. They sent me a replacement, unfortunately the courier company have lost it. They asked me to get in touch with the retailer but as it was a replacement I didn’t.

I would like to give five stars as before but unfotunately the delivery company has decided to deliver my parcel elsewhere. They say in back porch. I dont even have a back porch to my house. Hoping the recipient will maybe deliver back to rightful owner. Normally last few years purchases have been perfect Not you garden fault. But delivery problem.
