What a poor and unethical service. Not only do they fail to provide the services I paid for, but also failed to respond to follow-ups regarding the services purchased. Their royalties are not transparent as I purchased several books to test this and never got a royalty for these copies reflected on my account. We are sorry to hear about these challenges, we were in the process of fulfilling your paid services. As for distribution, it is impossible to list all the places your book was/would be available. It is available to any retailer who subscribes to the distribution database. Retailers are free to offer the book at whatever price they would like, we cannot control that. You are paid your royalties on the sale.
I did check your author center and see the sales that you mentioned, they are listed in the sales activity and on the royalty report. Please contact us because we need you to provide some details for us to make payment or you can go to your author account and under account information enter the payment info.
