My book is amazing and I’m grateful for that. However the marketing manager I’ve dealt with Unfortunately muddled up a lot of things leaving me very anxious and upset. Yes it’s been rectified thankfully but it’s left a bad taste. I was also never told what was happening and no payment transactions were given so I lost track of my purchases. For a huge professional company I am disappointed. I would like to see a big improvement in the future with dealing with them. But I love my book.
