AuthorHouse has done well through Covid crisis and like all companies has employment and employee problems. That said the beginning went quite easily, and the price was competitive. The end product was all that I could have expected. The middle was rough, but workable, and the staff was responsive.

The ink cartridges do not last as long as factory, often only a dozen copies possible from both the color cartridges and black. I bought 10 and so far 3 have been short-sheeted. Really a disappointment.
This was my second order. My first had a cartridge that would not work at all in my machine. They did send a replacement but only after taking the liberty to inform me this has NEVER happened before. On the side that they may have been right, I tried them again. I doubt that there will be a third order.
