DREADFULL

DREADFULL

3rd order ever placed and 3rd time its arrived not working!

Had to return to my local store after SOUTHAMPTON CEX forgot to pack the mains adapter !

Took an hour to get it sorted, tried speaking to the online help people for advice and was told to wait for an email, 6 days and still waiting for an email, totally dreadfull service and will never order online with this company again.

I didnt have any contact wit this company but they financed my new car.

all done on line and painless. not much else i can say when your fingers did all the work and you had no contact with them.

This is my 9th loan with this company…

This is my 9th loan with this company and i have now replaced every single white appliance in my kitchen. I have now been lucky enough to be given a good payers club card which i can use at argos and other shops!

Brilliant company and will stay loyal to them for further loans.

♥️ Fair4you is an honest fair trader

♥️ Fair4you is an honest fair trader.
We have been with fair4you a number of years now, and always very fair with us, we have have had multiple loans from them and never had any complaints regarding previous loans.

So far we have had a cooker, after 3 years still in new condition, a chest freezer, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, next in the list is a table and chairs.

Some of the items are very over priced, ps4 and xbox ones are a lot cheaper in the shops, some furniture is also way way to expensive but they are designer labels and i guess thats what you pay for it.

All in all, we will stay with this company forever! Just wish they would consider pre paid card loans in the future.

crimdon dene holiday park or is that joke?

First of all, when we booked in, Sam on reception was very nice, explained straight away, the park is empty and if we wanted it we could upgrade.....when i explained that no we didnt have the money to upgrade, her attitude changed to very brisk and her speel was fired at me like a machine gun.  

We found our caravan and got unpacked and straight away all we could hear was banging thumping where less than 50 yards from the caravan they were dismantling a caravan by hand, so okay not great but okay..... 

then the adverse weather started and the caravan sways in strong wind, it bucks and sways and made both of feel sick.  

the second day at 8.30 am more banging and crashing as a tractor brought round another caravan to be broken up! so now on our second day, strong winds, feeling sea sick and thumping and more banging all day!

 

our third day was constant rain and we finally made it out for a couple of hours, my partner has IBS and fibremialga, so we came back to the caravan to find the toilet bowl half full of water, my partner needed the toilet and so used the toilet but when it flushed it wouldnt drain, i tried pumping the toilet brush ip and dowm to clear it but no avail. so i tried to phone reception at 5.45 to hear rapid instructions but no park reception option, so went to swtich board, nothing but an answerphone! i tried 5 times and eventually went to call security on the park. He said that maintence should still be there, and went to the office, an hour later he returned saying noone was available, and that we had to use the toilets near the entertainment centre! we were in ov 13 caravan and walking the entire park, at night , with an IBS flare up! NO WAY!

 

It was not possiable to stay any longer as my partner was already feeling unwell, and with the toilet broken, the prospect of a half mile walk to the nearest toilet was no longer viabale, so we have returned the keys to security at the reception and come home feeling very unhappy and a holiday totally wasted.

we have since complained, and they have admitted they were at fault and have offered......20 pounds voucher for a free upgrade on our next holiday........voucher runs out in 3 months!. that was out main holiday for the year.

so parkdean if you read this, you company is dreadfull. you know where we would like to stick your 20 pound voucher!

I ordered 2 rechargable xbox360…

I ordered 2 rechargable xbox360 batteries and a 60 gig hdd also for the xbox360.

They came very quickly but both batteries wont charge and are useless as well as being different colours and no way of choosing which colour you want.

The hard drive works perfectly.

But because the batteries cost 1.00 plus 1.30 delivery EACH thats 4.60 wasted even though they came in the same package so feel very ripped off, wont ever buy anything else from them.

Our staff do test the items before they are dispatched, however, it seems to have been overlooked in this case which is very rare.

Please be assured that the items are covered under the 24 months warranty and can be returned for a refund to your local CeX store. Alternatively, you can post it to us for a replacement.

We brought a car through northumbria…

We brought a car through northumbria car sales 3 years ago with using TCFC as the finance company.

I have read a lot of negative reviews regarding this company however we have never had any problems with the finance company what so ever.

As a finance company they have been faultless, yes you sometimes wait a long time to get in touch with them, but we have always been spoken to with respect and kindness.

Our only fault with the company, is that we have never missed a payment, and indeed always paid on standing order every 28 days, but as a returning client wishing to take another contract, you only get 10% OFF, which is very disappointing, as your still going to pay 40.3% APR.

As a feedback message to TCFC, if this was a much better rate we would have come back, as it is, were now looking else where.
