Xlibris is the best publisher I have ever worked with for several reasons.

First, the team that I work with for my publication needs goes the extra mile to provide generally excellent and expert service in a professional but friendly manner.

For example, my publication consultant, Rica Caro, is always able to obtain for me excellent and affordable publication packages that have aspects tailored to my specific publication needs. Rica is such a joy to work with that I now consider her a good friend of mine.

The production staff and submissions representatives are top-notch folks also. I have found that they are always able to resolve any issues that arise with the production aspects of my books and are also nice, friendly but professional folks to work with.

Second, I have unusual publication needs that involve the extreme length of my ebooks. My ebooks are on the niche subject of relativistic spacecraft propulsion, albeit, from a theoretical perspective since no associated hardware has been developed.

Third, when issues have arisen in the formatting of interior galleys for me to review sent by Xlibris production staff, they always are able to remedy any issues that arise and provide perfectly formatted final manuscripts.

Fourth, the cover images that I have custom made for my books by the production team I work with at Xlibris are always beautiful. The covers Xlibris design are works of art.

Fifth, Xlibris gives you the option to pay for services all at once or over a few installments depending on the services you purchase.

Sixth, the publication packages are extremely affordable.

Note that I have published 69 books with Xlibris and have earned VIP status as an author. So, having used the same publisher for 69 books says something about the quality of the publication services at Xlibris. Note that I am a theoretical physicist and science writer, so I needed a good venue to introduce some applied physics concepts in my work in the field of relativistic astronautics. Xlibris is as good as a company as you will find for your publication needs.
